1.  A full day cooking class at the Red Bridge Cooking School in Hoi An uncovers the cuisine of Central Vietnam.
2.  Wake to the glistening waters of Halong Bay lapping at the bows of your comfortable private boat on an overnight cruise.
3.  Away from the crowds, creep through the little-used eastern gate of Angkor Wat before dawn, your path lit only by torchlight, and watch the sun rise over this magnificent temple.
